This charming country house, nestled in the beautiful Sierra Almijara, is rustic in style. Throughout its rooms, wood in various shapes and warm colors prevail, giving it a discreet and friendly atmosphere. Stone reigns supreme outside, blending harmoniously with flowers and vines. The house blends the traditional construction of the area with modern amenities, so you'll feel happy and comfortable.

This beautiful holiday home with a private pool is a wonderful place for families or friends, with plenty of outdoor space to play. Brimming with glorious natural light, this picturesque finca is full of traditional features. Its majestic views will make you want to stay outdoors most of the day, so why not take a dip in the pool and fire up the barbecue while admiring the views? Enjoy a delicious al fresco dinner while watching the sunset, then snuggle up in this cozy house. More activities for children—and those not so young—are available in the village, 4 km away.

The cottage's living-dining room is separated from the kitchen by a unique breakfast bar that extends from a huge earthenware jar. Of the three bedrooms, the master has a double bed and en suite bathroom, and the other two have two single beds each. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The property is equipped with a fireplace, washing machine, satellite TV, and more.

All bedrooms have hot/cold air conditioning for a fee of €30/night.

From the kitchen, you can access a small, completely private terrace where the barbecue is located. Overlooking the private pools, there is a lovely balcony with a wooden table and benches, ideal for breakfast. Surrounding the pool is the large sun terrace, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the magnificent views. The property is not fenced.

The 4.5 km road to the cottage is paved, but with curves and slopes, typical of the mountainous area where the house is located.

You inevitably lean out onto your terrace to enjoy the horizon of the Mediterranean Sea and your gaze lingers on the splendid vegetation of olive, almond, and vine trees. At this moment, I recommend you take a deep breath and let that scent of the countryside penetrate your senses. You'll feel your inner voice whisper: "This is life!"

In Cómpeta, you'll find everything you need for your vacation: several small supermarkets, a bakery, a greengrocer, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, an internet café, souvenir shops, a medical center, a dentist, tourist information, and much more.
