“Need maintenance for sure and cleaning ”

“It's a good value for money business hotel. Rooms are small but everything is in order. The hotel is next to the beautiful Al Hamra building and shopping centre which can offer plenty of good restaurants (and a cinema!). I will definitely come back here for my next business trip to Kuwait”

“Great staff”

“senza spendere cifre assurde. altissima qualità, completo, disponibiltà totale, servizi, cibo e assistenza ai massimi livelli”

“Hello, We stayed 2 night, the room, breakfast, clealiness were all good. At the check out, we were late and requested 30 more minutes to pack up and get ready (soon after breafast). The late working (june 15th at 11am) said they could not provide late check out. We insisted we just needed a few more minutes, so in a very rude manner she pushed back saying we were placing her in a bad spot, she was not the owner and those were her instructions. By this time, our nerves were hot. We aked what...

“The Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail is a stunning hotel with great facilities, but their front desk service and room management were incredibly disappointing. I specifically booked a King room, but when I arrived at 5:50 PM, I was told it was unavailable. Instead, they downgraded me to a handicap-accessible room, and it wasn't even ready until very late at night. To make it worse, the communication was nonexistent. I clearly told the front desk that my local Kuwaiti SIM was turned off and asked them...

“I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast spread was marvelous with so many delicious choices, and the warm swimming pool was a real highlight. A special thanks to the wonderful staff, who made me feel so comfortable and supported throughout my stay. My room was very clean, though it does need a quick maintenance check—water leaks from the sides of the bathtub during showers even with the curtain drawn.”

“Excellent staff, clean rooms and a wonderful overall experience.”
