Completamente ristrutturato Mid-Century Modern Home On West Bay Shore Dr.

Ottimo per piccola famiglia o 2 coppie ... o una coppia singola che desidera spazio per il roaming. 5 max. Decorato Mid-Century moderno per abbinare lo stile della casa. (Abbiamo anche un'altra casa ristrutturata che abbiamo terminato l'estate scorsa con caratteristiche simili. Se non trovi le date desiderate, dai un'occhiata. VRBO # 1379416.)

Importante ristrutturazione completata a fine primavera 2016. Funzionalità di fascia alta, non la solita casa vacanza in questa zona. 1100 piedi quadrati open space con garage di 2 auto di grandi dimensioni annesso. Tutto nuovo di zecca compresi tutti gli elettrodomestici, infissi, mobili, letti, biancheria da letto ecc. 2BR, 1 e 1/2 bagno.

Aria centrale. Tutti i nuovi componenti elettrici, idraulici e meccanici, tutto secondo un codice moderno per la tua sicurezza e il tuo comfort.

Internet via cavo (100 Mbps wifi), Netflix, Hulu live, Amazon Prime e Pandora inclusi.

2 camere da letto quasi identiche (12 x 12) con grandi cabine armadio. 1 grande vasca da bagno in stile spa (8 x 10) con grande combinazione vasca / doccia. 2 lavelli su un contatore da 8 piedi. Lavatrice full size e asciugare al piano principale vicino all'entrata del garage nella zona del bagno di servizio.

Buone vedute dell'acqua da grandi finestre panoramiche. Molto bello parco ben sviluppato lungo la strada dall'altra parte della strada con tavoli da picnic e accesso all'acqua su West Bay se stai portando kayak.

Ampio lotto profondo con alberi maturi. House è arretrato rispetto alla strada con una lunga strada circolare per uscite sicure.

Ampio cortile ombreggiato molto privato con nuovo grande patio in cemento, grill e pozzo del fuoco ... sereno..bello in un modo molto semplice con un sacco di mirto ed edera. Set da pranzo vintage Woodard. Un alto e ripido albero coperto di collina oltre il cortile senza case sopra (possediamo la cima della collina per qualcosa come un altro 400 piedi). Sali se vuoi guardarti intorno.

Un altro patio davanti con tavolo per due .... caffè del mattino, alba sulla baia.

Abbastanza vicino al centro di TC e molto comodo per esplorare tutte le grandi cose che Leelanau County ha da offrire.

This is our third time staying in Tammy’s home and it was just as great this time. She has thoughtfully stocked the house with everything you could need for your time in TC. She always messages a few days before check in to see if we need the rollaway bed or anything else to make our stay comfortable. Her attention details and caring nature has brought us back time and time again. Book a stay here in any season, and you’ll be glad you did.

Our entire experience was fantastic. Our host, Tammy was personable and communicative. The location was perfect - set between Suttons Bay and TC we had all the options for food, drinks, entertainment and shopping. The home was clean, bright, comfortable and gorgeous. The outdoor setting with private backyard was inviting - even in late November. We also enjoyed the lake access across the street. Not only did it make for a beautiful view from inside the home but also allowed for some fun exploration during the day. Our group of 4 truly loved this rental. Thank you for sharing it with us!

We loved our stay here! It's in a prime location, has a gorgeous backyard, and is steps away from the bay! The bedrooms were great with lots of closet storage space, charging ports at each night stand, plus extra blankets if needed. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed. We would love to stay here again!

The house and property are great and very well outfitted. The back yard is lovely, and has fire pit as well as a laundry drying rack, which comes in handy. There is beach access across the street and the location is convenient to get into town or to head out to Sleeping Bear. It is on a busy road but is set back a bit and the windows do a good job of muffling the traffic sound. It’s a wonderful place and the owners have put a lot of thought and care into renovating the house and making sure it’s comfortable for guests.

The place was exactly as pictured and loved the way it was decorated! It was just enough space for my husband, me, and his mom. The beds were very comfortable, and the linens were super nice. I loved sitting on the couch and watching the bay across the street. Also, easy access to a small park across the street. We didn't get to enjoy the backyard, but having the fire pit set up and ready for us was a nice touch. We also enjoyed having access to the garage, especially since it was raining for most of our trip. I would definitely stay here again.

The stay was perfection!!! Tammy has done an unbelievable job with renovations and making this a beautiful home!!! We have stayed at her other home and it is just as beautiful. It is very obvious she is a top notch host and wants to ensure your stay is perfect. The home was very clean and had everything we needed!! The backyard is huge and a great place to hang out. The views from the front are amazing!! The beach access is right across the road. Communication with Tammy was super easy.There is not a single thing I would change - it was perfect!! We will stay at her properties next year and for years to come!!Thank you Tammy for being amazing and sharing this gem with us!!!

We’ve stayed here once before in the winter and loved it and this time was even better. Tammy has thought of everything and made our stay so comfortable. We will be back again for sure. Also, the road side park across the street had a cute little beach where we were able to launch our SUP. Book a stay here, you won’t regret it!

Lovely Stay in Traverse City

The property is gorgeous with a true mid century vibe. It’s in a great location with amazing views of the bay. The home was very well stocked and would be a great place for families to stay.

Great well appointed family home, would return!

We stayed here for 4 nights. It was perfect for our family of 4. We loved how the home was styled and there were many nice touches throughout. The home was well stocked with the essentials which is always helpful and never guaranteed in a VRBO. There was a bottle of champagne chilling for us when we arrived which was so nice, as was the stocked firewood for a bonfire which we did two nights. Nice updated appliances and home, large garage which had some beach toys and chairs available for use. The location was great - just far away enough from downtown, and we easily toured both peninsulas. The beach area across the street was great for the kids to play and swim after a busy day. Good communication from the host. Would definitely recommend, and stay here again!

Great location & beautiful home

We loved our stay here. The house is thoughtfully decorated and so beautiful! The location was perfect for hitting all of the Leelanau wineries and was a short drive to Traverse City. We would definitely stay again!
