Hotel di lusso a Comporta

“This property is NOT where it shows on the map, it is 10 minutes down the street and not in the village of Comporta. There is only one AC unit, and the bedrooms get very hot. The house was not clean upon arrival and the cleaning people were still there. The microwave didn't work either. I am still waiting for my refund. The management company is difficult to work with and communicate with. Cute pool though. ”

“This is not a 4 start hotel, 3 at best. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere which is perfect to relax and unwind, however service and quality needs to be improved to keep up with expectations of a boutique hotel recommended by Condenast. The room is clean but basic, doesn’t provide any coffee/tea, which is now basic expectation for this kind of hotels. The food is a 1 star rating, this is canteen quality, not an hotel restaurant.
