“We stayed in the Rhubarb room and lived the complete kitchen with a huge wet bar! Also having a coffee table and comfortable chairs/sofa was nice. Plenty of beds (5) for most families. The check in process was slightly confusing. Read the email carefully. The entry door was tough to find but it is right by the Restaurant du Banneret. The location was perfect, right by the Chateau. “Great hotel, quiet and clean. Rooms are huge I would suggest more signs as it is not easy to locate I would also suggest to improve the self check in since we did not receive the code and had to call the help desk. Will surely come back ”

“Monolocale super spazioso, iper tecnologico, ha tutto ciò che serve per alcuni giorni a Berna. A luglio 2026 era parzialmente in ristrutturazione, ma i lavori non creano problemi. Stanza pulita e completa di tutto. A sette minuti a piedi dalla fermata dell'autobus 20 che porta in centro. Abbonamento mezzi pubblici regalato dall'Host. Per il check in basta parlare al citofono con l'Host che vi indica il piano e poi vi spiega di persona tutte le funzioni della camera.”
