“The rooms at this hotel can be good if you book the right room. Be sure to book a superior/upgraded room. I booked an upgraded room on the way into the country for one night but they gave me a standard room, which was abysmal (no towel, poor AC, rusty dirty bathroom). I didn't realize this until check out. On the way back out of the country I received the proper room and it was very nice. It's not worth booking an ocean view as the view is small and dominated by buildings and construction sites....
