The accommodation:
The entrance to the house is through the ground floor. On this level, you will find a laundry room, a space to store your beach items, and a summer kitchen opening directly onto the lush garden.
Next, let yourself be seduced by the natural light flooding the first floor thanks to the large windows leading out to a balcony. Here, you’ll find a modern, semi-open kitchen, ideal for preparing meals in a convivial atmosphere, with a lovely adjoining dining room. It opens up to a bright living room where you can relax in complete tranquility. On this same level, there is a welcoming bedroom with a view of the garden, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate WC.
On the second floor, two additional bedrooms await, along with a large separate space that could serve as a game room with a pool table and/or an office. A shower room with WC completes this floor.
The main asset of this house is undoubtedly its outdoor spaces. You’ll have a spacious 700 m² enclosed garden, a large sunny terrace, and a heated swimming pool at 29°C from mid-May to the end of September – perfect for enjoying the summer days in complete peace. (Please note, the pool area is equipped with an alarm system to ensure children's safety.)
