“The staff was not courteous. The front desk personnel, who wore braces, was discourteous, displaying no smiles or customer service. Throughout our stay, no staff member offered to clean our room; I had to request clean towels. When inquiring about the disposal of accumulated trash, the front desk staff instructed us to leave it outside our room, but no one came to collect it, and we ultimately disposed of it ourselves. “The rooms were clean, but the shower was broken, the headboard was a part of the wall and not attached to the bedframe, and the beds were very loud and moved around (iykyk). Came in clutch though, wasn't horrible, but the blankets were thin. Checking in and out was easy. Quality reflects price, it's very affordable.”
