“I love everything about your property. Clean rooms, staff was wonderful and very quiet. I enjoyed my stay and I will return.”

“Staff were super helpful about everything, and always attending to everyone. The only negative was just that my carpet in the room had a big sticky area that needed to be carpet cleaned. I let them know when I left and they said they would have the carpets cleaned.”

“Our room was very clean and had all the necessary items from shampoo, conditioner to coffee. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. Breakfast was great with anything from eggs, sausage, gravy to pancakes and hot cinnamon rolls. The cost was very reasonable also. We will definitely be staying at Holiday Inn at Concord, NC when we come back down. Thank you.”

“Our stay at Great Wolf Lodge was excellent from start to finish. My son had an amazing time at the water park, and it was wonderful seeing how much fun there was for families and kids. The staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience even better.
