“America's Best Value Inn has taken over this location, and are not currently offering the amenities listed, such as breakfast, pool, and guest laundry. The rooms were clean and looked to be well maintained. Some trash around the parking lot was noted, but, you will have that from time to time. The housekeeper was extremely kind and welcoming, as were the front desk staff, who I understand are also the property managers. Very welcoming people, will definitely stay here again.”

“We had a connecting room because of the needs of a special needs child. We had secured his front door so he could not exit by using the top door lock. Our son walked into our room at 10 pm and the connecting door closed behind him.We went to the front desk for help to re-enter the room. He had no tool and informed us the engineer would be in at 9am. Our son was extremely upset and up until 2am. At 10am the engineer came to our room with a tool and tried to unlock the door. “The property was very nice. Had all the amenities. Quiet. Clean. Good size. Yard was a good size for the dogs. Deck was huge. We were there in the middle of some bad storms so didn’t get to enjoy the outside as much as we would have liked but I will say the house was sturdy and quiet. Would never have known the storm was going on outside if you didn’t look out the windows. The college town was cute and looked like it had a lot of good food options. We went out and got pizza.
