“Breakfast was lacking ... most selections were empty and not refilled and there was still 45 mins left to end of service.”

“Honestly I made the reservation before reading the reviews but did read them as I was on the way there and it made me nervous. As I went to the front desk it was around 9:30pm and there was no one there, waited about 10 minutes and someone finally made it to the counter. I was checked in by two people and one was very nice and the other one was strictly business with zero customer service skills but you can tell this is just how they are, straight business. As I walked to the room I was confused...

“Clean and friendly. Bed was huge and soft. Walking distance to major shopping. Plenty of parking. Staff at check in and check out were professional and nice and rate and room info were written down and clear. The cash deposit for the room was instantly refunded at check out, unlike a different brand of hotel elsewhere in Mount Vernon that kept a 2 week hold on the money even after I went back to a different state. I was surprised how nice my stay was here.”
