"Returned to Broadbeach and the Dorsett. Great staff, including Sophie at the front desk and Justin in the cafe bar. Enjoyed the the executive lounge and friendly staff. Will stay again."

"Mermaid Waters Nightelier was such a unexpected surprise. Everything was very clean. The room was huge compared to most hotels, even the very expensive ones. The bed was soft and comfortable but I am used to a firmer bed and would have preferred it firmer. The linen was like new. No worn out thin ..."

"The Star was convenient to the conference centre which was our reason for booking but otherwise you would only go there if you were going to the casino. The room was small and a bit run down. There were some holes in the ceiling that we had to ask to get covered. There would be better places to stay ..."
