“Great place”

“The hotel staff was incredibly kind and responsive. The property was pretty beat up including guest rooms and especially hallway and lobby furnishings. There were layers of stains on the chairs in the breakfast area. Again, the staff was great and worked hard to make our experience pleasant, including bringing us extra blankets in the evening and keeping the breakfast buffet stocked. The hotel ownership needs to invest in the property to go with the amazing people who work there.”

“There were used tissues on the floor, internet wouldn’t work, the paint was chipping off in the shower and there was black like mold with a constant drip from the tub faucet. The carpets needed cleaning but the bed was comfortable. I gave my complaints to the person at the front desk but they said they weren’t in charge of house keeping. However, when checking out the front desk attendant wrote down my complaints.”

“The bathtubs were stained, no ice, no pool. It was only a place to sleep but we wanted the pool and it just wasn’t what the advertisement stated. I would not recommend for anyone but road workers. It may be suitable for some of them.”
