We had a lovely stay at Villa Africa. It was a very comfortable house and we enjoyed spending time there. The location is perfect with a short walk to the beach and a couple of bars. Andrew and Maria provided us with a very comprehensive list of things to do in the area and places to eat. All the recommendations were excellent. Communication was easy and any minor issues were dealt with promptly. Thoroughly recommend staying there.

Impresionante la casa, como el trato recibido por la agencia, Andrew espectacular con todo su equipo, para ofrecer unas vacaciones tranquilas y sin ningún tipo de incidencia, que de existir la resuelven de manera inmediata. Muy recomendable, somos asiduos de Roche y podemos decir que es la mejor casa en la que hemos estado instalados la familia.

Wir haben zur Ende der Feriensaison zu viert als Familie eine Woche in der Villa Afrika verbracht. Haus und Garten sind modern und sehr ansprechend gestaltet; es gibt mit den 4 Schlafräumen und drei Bädern genügend Freiraum für jeden. Die Küche ist separat mit eigenem Zugang zum Garten voll ausgestattet. Schade nur, dass Müllbeutel ebenso wie ausreichend Toilettenpapier für die Urlaubszeit fehlten so dass man diese Basics ebenso kaufen muss wie Salz, Pfeffer oder Zucker. Für Flugreisende ist es nicht immer leicht, diese Grundausstattung mitzubringen. Es waren aber ausreichend und gute Handtücher auch für den Pool da! Die Sitzplätze draußen waren ein wenig begrenzt, da die installierte Holzsitzgruppe im Garten morgens wohl durch die nächtliche Bewässerungsanlage nass war, das mag im Hochsommer anders sein. Schatten findet man im Garten allerdings kaum, was im Hochsommer dagegen schwierig werden könnte. Der Pool ist sehr schön, für uns war die Größe passend; er ist nicht zu tief, so dass man als Erwachsener überall stehen kann. Er liegt im Tagesverlauf gut in der Sonne und war auch im Oktober fürs Schwimmen auf jeden Fall warm genug. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen! Auch die fußläufige Nähe zum wirklich schönen Strand ist bestechend. Die Kommunikation mit Andrew und Maria von der Agentur war komplikationslos, das Ein- und Auschecken ebenfalls. In der zu dieser Zeit sehr ruhigen umschriebenen Urbanizacion bestehend aus ausschließlich freistehenden geschmackvollen individuellen Ferienhäusern fühlt man sich sehr wohl! Gerne wieder!

We had such a lovely time at the villa, it has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Its decorated to a high standard and just felt luxurious! Roche itself is very quiet, there are only a few restaurants nearby and they are not open every night. However the villa is only 10 mins away from Conil de la Frontera which has a ton of restaurants and bars on lovely cobbled streets or there is also Chiclana to the other side if Roche which is more 'holiday resort' feeling. Most restaurants dont speak great english...which was ok for us as we tried to use our bad Spanish as much as we could or used google to translate the rest. The only thing is, if you are vegetarian like me, then you are very, very limited for food. Another great feature of the villa is being a short drive to Cadiz, Seville, Gibraltar for some days out. And Tarifa, where you must go on the boat ride to see the whales and dolphins. So overall the villa is gorgeous, in a small residential estate with not much around but if you hire a car then you can take in soo much of what Spain has to offer.

Wir haben jeden Tag in diesem schönen Haus genossen. Die Nähe zum Meer war für einen Abendspaziergang bei herrlichem Wetter an der Küste ideal. Auch für Ausflüge nach Cadiz, Jerez oder Sevilla ist das Haus ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist hervorragend, sowohl die Küche als auch die einzelnen Zimmer! Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war unkompliziert und hat sehr gut geklappt! Danke Andrew und Maria , wir haben uns wirklich erholt!

We were a family of 4 staying here in early September and the villa matched up to the photos and descriptions. Hosts were very attentive and would use the same people again without hesitation. If you can tear yourself away from the pool, the nearest beach is about a 10 minute wal. We would hugely recommend it for the wide expanse of clean sand and gorgeous sunsets, while the beach cafe bar serves up cheap and cheerful tapas. Cadiz is well worth a day trip, car parks are reasonable prices but busy, and be warned, spaces are very narrow! Our only (small) disappointment was the lack of any welcome pack and while I appreciate we were self catering, a few tea bags/coffee capsules on arrival would have been the icing on the cake.

Estancia un poco decepcionante. La casa es poco acogedora y no está mantenida cómo debería. Faltaban gresites de la piscina, baldosas que se movían del perímetro de la piscina, después de seis días y sin usar mucho la piscina el agua estaba turbia, jardín siempre encharcado, etc... Además sufrimos durante todo un día la presencia de unos técnicos del aire acondicionado en la casa, sólo dejaron un rollo de papel en cada baño, no había ni un sólo producto de limpieza, salvo un lavavajillas, tampoco viene a limpiar nadie durante la semana de la estancia. No está justificado el precio con la casa y el servicio que dan. Cuando dos partes llegan a un cuerdo ambas partes deben cumplir con su parte. No todo vale.

Wir haben zu siebt neun Nächte im Herbst in der Villa Africa verbracht. Die Kommunikation mit Andrew und Maria lief sehr gut, auf unsere Anfragen bekamen wir sehr schnell eine Rückmeldung. Beide waren sehr hilfsbereit. Die Villa ist sehr hell, die Küche hat alles, was man sich wünscht und das Wohnzimmer war an den Abenden, wo man nicht auf der schönen Terrasse draußen sitzen konnte, auch ein gemütlicher Rückzugsort. Die Lage ist toll, in 1 Minute ist man zu Fuß an einem kleinen Supermarkt wo man morgens Brötchen kaufen kann, einen großen erreicht man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten. Zu Fuß zum Strand braucht man nicht länger als 5 Minuten. Man kann von dort lange Strandspaziergänge machen oder auch in kurzer Zeit kleinere, wunderschöne Buchten erreichen. Tarifa, Cadiz, Jerez und auch Sevilla lassen sich gut von Villa Africa aus mit dem Auto erreichen, nach Conil kann man wandern. Alles war prima, wir würden wiederkommen.

Villa Africa ist ein modernes, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, in dem man seine Ferien zu 100 Prozent genießen kann. Die Ausstattung ist hervorragend, die Räume sind sehr hell und sehr sauber. Sowohl im Haus als auch auf dem Außengelände fühlt man sich rundherum wohl. Der Kontakt mit dem Hausverwalter war sehr nett und extrem unkompliziert. Alles in allem - ein Haus, das man weiterempfehlen kann.

Die Villa Africa hat alles, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub mit der Familie wünscht. Das Haus liegt in einer tollen und sehr gepflegten Wohngegend. Es ist sauber und sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige hundert Meter. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein Spielplatz, eine Apotheke und ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Abwicklung war unkompliziert und Andrew und Maria standen bei Bedarf jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Wir können die Villa Africa wärmstens empfehlen.

We spent 9 days in Villa Africa over Easter 2018. The villa fully lived up to our expectations - comfortably and attractively furnished and decorated, immaculately clean and tidy, and very well equipped. Situated in a quiet residential area with communal facilities nearby, the villa is within easy walking distance of a long, sandy and beautiful beach. The property is professionally managed by DosXtremos, who were extremely helpful and always very responsive to any queries or requests both before and during our stay.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen! Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht um sich richtig wohl zu fühlen. Das einzige was wir vermisst haben war ein Sonnenschirm im Garten - wiederum findet sich aber immer irgendwo ein Schattenplätzchen. Die Strandnähe ist optimal und auch für verschiedene Ausflüge ist die Lage perfekt! Wir wurden von Andrew und Maria super betreut. Auf alle Fragen bekamen wir schnell eine Antwort und auch gute Tipps für Ausflüge! Thanx! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
