Beckside is a bright and spacious four-bedroomed detached cottage, perfectly positioned for families and groups wishing to explore Coniston and the central Lakes area. Due to its prime location, the surrounding Coniston fells can be walked straight from the front door & The Ship Inn is only few minutes' walk away along the old railway line which leads back into the village. Beckside Cottage has bags of space; there's room to bring families together yet space enough to spread out too, situated not far from the amenities of Coniston village, the fells and the lake this truly is a great family holiday base.

Ground Floor
Entrance is gained to the rear, through the cottage kitchen which comprises gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher & washing machine.
From here guests will find not one but two living areas. The first a spacious open plan living & dining area complete with log fire and the second a cosy snug with TV, DVD & period feature fireplace, perfect for curling up and relaxing.

First floor
Up the stairs you will find 4 bedrooms each with either lake or field views. There are also two bathrooms on this floor, making long morning queues a thing of the past.

Travelling with a dog?
We can offer free use of a 1 acre enclosed field in Coniston village, perfect for off the lead running, walking, training and playing. Use by arrangement with The Coppermines only.
