“withput doubt the property has a 5 star view and location but it does not have a 5 star service. Some elements are strucutral - for example one lavatory for 8 people on the first floor and a sheer cliff surrounding the garden where fototballs are lost ( a fence would be good). Notwithstanding we found the service not up to standard. We were without hot water for four days which given there was a 7 month old baby was a trial. When the sink blocked - which we were warned about, again it took 2...

“Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable, la maison est bien pensée, avec quelques bonus comme le jacuzzi en extérieur (où regarder les étoiles le soir en famille), le sauna ou le billard. Bien placée aussi entre les lacs dAnnecy et du Bourget. Mais c’est surtout la propriété qui rend le séjour vraiment spécial : forêt, cours d’eau, champ de fleurs sauvages, vraiment spécial ! Dans les petits bémols, la maison commençait à être mise en location et les casseroles, poêles, etc pourraient être...

“Beautiful premier property. Would definitely stay there again. Loved the openness of the living room and kitchen area. The kitchen was fantastic. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to walk to the local bakery. We had views of the lake. It was a great house.”

“Beautiful house and if anything the pictures don't do the stunning view justice. The house is a short walk from the town which has plenty of nice places to eat and a useful small supermarket. The lake is easily accessible and absolutely fantastic to swim in and there are many beautiful locations which you give a spectacular view of it.There are many nice, easy walks in the area too.Communication with property manager was very easy, the lady who was in charge was responsive and spoke confident...

“We had a great time. Good location for Annecy and local supermarkets. Would recommend a day trip to Mont Blanc. Lovely welcome and send off from Joël. Amazing swimming pool and real value for money. It was really hot in Annecy during our stay but there are shutters and fans provided that helped lots. Would highly recommend especially for families. ”

“A Annecy pour faire le triathlon de l’Alpsman, nous avons séjourné dans la villa. Rien de mieux pour être dans de bonnes condition, nous avons adoré la maison à l’unanimité. Très bien équipée, une vue magnifique sur le lac.Un accueil chaleureux et une réactivité de Philippe très appréciable également.”

It was great to explore Lake Annecy from Dossard which provided a relaxed base for us to plan our adventures. “Chalet Lomatika lived up to all our expectations and the stunning photographs in the advert were a perfect representation of the property and its surroundings. The Chalet was very well equipped, everything you needed. The location excellent. Our cycling and paddle boarding family made the best of all Annecy could offer. An amazing holiday. “It was a beautiful house in a lovely town. Much nicer than a big city. We were able to cook meals in the large kitchen. The house was filled with sunlight and was very quiet. Short drive to town. Very friendly host. Great communication ”

"Purtroppo le foto pubblicate sul sito non rispecchiano la nostra camera. Camera e bagno molto datati e pulizia molto approssimativa. Moquette sporca e odore sgradevole. Odore sgradevole anche sugli asciugamani. Non è sufficiente mettere la testiera del letto e due lampade nuove per rendere un locale accogliente. Inoltre per raggiungere la camera occorre scendere tre gradini rispetto al piano dove arriva l'ascensore (peraltro sporco e con lo specchio rotto) e con i bagagli non risulta sicuramente comodo. Il personale abbastanza gentile. Fortunatamente abbiamo soggiornato "solo" due notti. Sconsigliato."

"Posizione ottima. Super pulito. Personale cortese. Stanza enorme. Unica pecca: la porta del bagno è scorrevole e rimane di parecchio rialzata garantendo zero privacy. A parte questo dettaglio, il resto era perfetto. "

"La nostra camera doppia era molto molto piccola, spazi per persone non più che normali. Letto piccolo. Alcune crepe tra le mattonelle in bagno. Andrebbe ristrutturato. In compenso personale gentile e accogliente. La centralità dell'hotel, proprio sul bastione centrale, fa dimenticare le negatività. Colazione buona."
