“Becky and Chip are superb hosts. Becky responded to all my questions and was most helpful. The accommodation is a suite with a full kitchen. It is one of the few kitchens that could accommodate just about anything that you might like to cook. The living room was very comfortable. After a long drive, the sofas were much appreciated. “Perfect size for a couple. Very clean, comfortable, and in a great location--close to Bridge St. and Walnut Beach. The kitchen seemed well equipped, even though we didn't cook. Communication with Kevin was excellent and very quick. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when we visit Ashtabula.”

“This property is remote- there are attractions within a half hour drive, so if you’re hoping to walk to nearby places, this isn’t the one. Everything is much higher quality than I typically see in a VRBO rental. The bed was so comfy I didn’t want to get up! “The property was very fresh and clean and the host response was absolutely perfect. One small issue is that it is an older home so it has a little bit of a mildew smell, so if you’re sensitive or allergic to mold or mildew, you may want to consider another place.
