"Woke up in the morning with water leaking through the ceiling, flooding my room and making it unusable. I notified the front desk person and asked for a rebate on the price I paid for the room, but they refused and offered no other useful redress. "Ac's in the room weren't working, they couldn't move us to another room. Despite the sign out front saying they had rooms available. Hundreds of dollars to sleep in an 80° room is not a good time."
