“Location and apartment were on point. You could walk less than 5 minutes to the Mestre Centre, about 15 minutes to Venezia Centre train station and across the road (2 mins walk) was the bus station taking you to Venice and other routes. The room we stayed in easily accommodated 5 sleepers and had two bathrooms, which was very useful. The staff overseeing yeh studios were friendly and available. Always responding to any queries. Really enjoyed our stay. ”

“The apartment was amazing. There was plenty of room for a family of 4 and all of the space was nice! The apartment was nicely updated with modern amenities and also can stocked with drink and snacks. Our only negative was that the bathtub was dirty but otherwise the rest of the apartment was very clean. ”

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. The communication and assistance on arrival was top notch. We are a family of four, with two teenagers. We had ample room and clean conditions. The air conditioning worked well, as did the wifi which were critical for teenagers. The location is very quiet with a great pizzeria and pastry shop just a few feet from the door. We did laundry in the washer and got to hang it outside to dry, which our kids had never experienced before. Location is...

“Pretty much the perfect stay in Venice. Relatively quiet and mercifully AWAY from the massive tourist crowds (early April). But only 5 minutes (walking) from Academia bridge, 10 minutes from Rialto, 10 minutes from San Marco. Good coffee and dining options close by. Clean and spacious, we would happily stay here again.”
