Ampio soggiorno con travi a vista con camino elettrico nel camino. Cucina in stile rustico con zona pranzo. Camera da letto matrimoniale Camera doppia. Bagno con attacco doccia e servizi igienici.. Elettricità, riscaldamento centralizzato a gasolio, biancheria da letto e asciugamani inclusi. Lettino da viaggio TV. DVD. Forno a microonde combinato / grill. Lavatrice. Congelatore. Wi-Fi. Giardino con terrazza e area salotto. Parcheggio. Vietato fumare. Servizi al piano terra. NB La zona relax si affaccia sul fiume .. Questo delizioso fienile indipendente a un piano, adagiato in una radura verdeggiante in un idilliaco ambiente tranquillo vicino al fiume (permessi disponibili), gode del suo incantevole giardino nei terreni del proprietario. Completamente rinnovato e attrezzato per E. T.C. Standard "4 stelle", conserva molto carattere, soffitti a travi e caratteristiche uniche tra cui un bagno circolare. Bella campagna (con molte piste ciclabili nelle vicinanze) circondano questa è la posizione ideale per le vacanze. Museo Beamish, Metro Center, centro di Newcastle, Hexham, Durham nelle vicinanze. Costa del Northumberland in 1 ora di auto. Negozi 1 miglio.

We had a good time

It was a fine place just outside the Shotly Bride. It was quiet but we had great geast a Swirl and in 14 days we show 3 times 1 ore two dears in front of the kitchen just 30 footsteps away. The cottage is a good start for day trips there is a lot to see and do in the area. Ellen and Wil

Would love to stay again,

For an unknown reason my Booking payment was declined, but I only read email about this about an hour before my booking would be lost. This was now Saturday afternoon, and we were leaving Sunday morning. I eventually got through to someone in Egypt who could take and verify payment. Been inundated with short stay offers on Facebook since!

Lovely house in an idyllic position.We had a great 2 weeks and can totally recommend. Well equipped and very well maintained house, quiet lovely garden & Jean is a perfect host.

Well-equipped, clean and comfortable cottage with everything we needed - and then some! Secluded, safe and warm and within easy reach of local amenities. Superb location and good facilities provided. Shower is "over the bath", but this was only a minor "fault" and encouraged use of the bath - long and lingering - rather than a rushed shower! Plenty of hot water. Rooms are quite large and grounds are extensive, but private. The best, most comprehensive cottage we have ever used. The owner seems to think "what else can I provide?" rather than "what is the minimum I can provide?" Can not praise the cottage or the owner too much! Loved our stay!

We had a fantastic time despite really rotten weather - watched the river rise and fall - saw pheasants and deer. This holiday home is second to none - except I wish it had better shower facility and water supply I.e draw bath or show there’s no way you can draw water in kitchen but hey ho once you know you sort - the decor and facilities given are fantastic xx

The only downside was the plumbing.

The only downside was the plumbing. It was impossible to have a shower, and the hot and cold taps affected elsewhere in the property and were difficult to mix to a reasonable temperature.
