I was surprised not to find toiletries in the bathroom. Also, the bathroom was not well cleaned the day after shampooing, and several hairs were left in the bathtub. The porters took our luggage at the front door until our room was ready, (we were early by 3 hours but got our room right away) then when it was cruise time they took our luggage to the ship for us. Absolutely perfect weather while in Vancouver, we loved our 3 days there.”

Huge room beautifully furnished with sofa, reclining lounger, lamps and lovely linen/robes. We enjoyed some cocktails while admiring the view over the harbour from the huge windows in the lounge bar. Breakfast was great. Checkout is a little later than other hotels at 12 noon, which is really handy.”
