Hotel con servizio concierge a Contea dello Jutland Meridionale

“Misvisende info på sms og i stedets tilsendte besked. Ingen i receptionen v.indtjek kl.15, der stod i stedets egen information, der var betjening til kl.17. Måtte hjælpe a dre gæster med parkerings registrering, havde ikke modtaget tilsendt sms. Over midnat var der ingen vand, og næste morgen, havde flere værelser ingen varmt vand. Og ingen vi kunne kontakte. Om natten var der i gen varme i radiatorerne ( vi er først i marts måned). Personalet talte kun engelsk. Flere vinduer var utætte, .Men...

“We had an amazing few days at the hotel with our (almost) two-year old boy. All the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. We were initially a bit worried about bringing our little son, but the staff went out of their way to make him feel welcome. Thank you! The hotel itself is lovely and clean, and is situated in the most stunning location. The view from the beautiful garden and patio is just amazing. This will definitely not be our last time! ”
