“We never tired of the view...absolutely magnificent. We were there in May and enjoyed the midnight sun! Plenty of sturdy deck chairs, a big hot tub, and an impressive large couch with plenty of throw pillows. Only 2 of us so the property felt large. Just incredible sunsets, relaxing hike to grocery (25 mins), even a farm across the way with friendly goats, Scottish cattle, horses, even emus! Easy taking modern bus to Bergen. We rented a car for last 2 days, but did fine first 2 days hiking...

“Everything was beautiful. We were there for six nights. We are particular, especially when it comes to cleanliness. As former owners of several vacation rentals ourselves, we understand the need to maintain the property. Jostein succeeded in meeting our high standards. My only concern for us was the access to the house from where we parked. It’s a steep grassy path down to the house which when wet (which it was) can be slippery.
