“Great location walking distance from the train and mrt station. Hotel staff was superb and very attentive. Our room was of a decent size for a short stay and very clean, plus the hotel offers a range of useful amenities and services. The only down side for us was the airco which quite loud at night and we could not find a silent mode, however the temperature was too high to turn it off ”

“Excellent hotel, with a nice room and view. Kind staff and there was a free parking connected to the hotel. Also breakfast was great! We stayed just days before the earthquake so just hope everything is safe with the staf and the hotel. ”

“Very nice stay in the suite with a delicious breakfast. Unfortunately the earthquake cut our stay short, but they were so accommodating and made sure we were taken care of. What a terrifying thing for the staff to navigate - they were wonderful. I fear the hotel had significant damage and hope they will be able to reopen. ”

“Pessima insonorizzazione. Si sente ogni rumore della stanza accanto, addirittura anche quando accendono e spengono l’interruttore della luce. Tutti i rumori che provengono dalla strada. Un’altra cosa veramente fastidiosa è l’odore persistente che si percepisce nelle camere e nei corridoi. Ho soggiornato in una double deluxe al secondo piano vista strada principale.Il vetro della finestra è molto sporco. La camera è molto ampia ma la valigia deve stare per terra perché manca una panca su cui...
