“The hotel is overall very nice. However, when you walked in the hall way to the room, the carpet was dirty, very old, loose. The room is okay but not enough cloth hangers. The electric toilet seat was not working at all. The elevator windows are dirty and cannot see to the outside. Hope that these can be improved soon.”

“This is a great hotel with fantastic amenities and a wonderful staff! Every staff member I interacted with at the hotel was professional, friendly, and helpful. They have high attention to detail and provide excellent service. I rented a bicycle to ride around Taipei, and I appreciated how the staff let me keep it in their baggage check in room. The sauna is probably the best part of the hotel! It is easy to spend some time there every day. The only downside (like others have said) is that...

“Newly built hotel with friendly multi language speaking staffs. Premium location at the downtown of Taipei city. Great for street foodies, street & small retails shopping, and lots of fun place especially for young generations to explore. Will bring kids back again. ”

“商旅的位置在忠孝復興、忠孝新生捷運站中間，如在地下街通行，可免日曬雨淋。而且也可以逛逛地下街的商店。商旅附近飯店種類多樣，豐儉由人。 整體住宿地方乾淨，設施亦良好。雖然是公共衞浴，但地方也整潔，衞浴用品亦屬不錯的品牌。 房間空間方正，燈光照明良好。有冰箱、保險箱，電視機……床鋪也舒服。”

“【良かった点】北門駅出てから「M」の建物がすぐ目についたので見つけやすかった。 台北駅、油化街、龍山寺まで歩いて行ける距離なので、便利でした 部屋も綺麗。 【改善して欲しい点】 タブレットで温調や電灯を操作するシステムでしたが、起動までに時間がかかって少しイライラしました 温調も25℃までしかあげられなかったので少し寒かったです ”
