“Excellent service and good options.”

“Great hospitality”

“seeing at least two mouses at dinning area”

“The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Hotel is also in a convenuent location and very close to the lake shore.”

“We really loved it here. The hotel itself is very clean, we got the Japanese styled room and we loved it. Aunty cooked us delicious breakfast, the staff is very nice and it is central to anything you want to do.”

“This place is outdated and dirty. And the beds are just as hard as hard as stone”

“The hotel has a very convenient location, making it easy to get around, take boat rides, and find places to eat nearby. Even on a rainy day, it didn’t affect our travel plans at all. I especially enjoyed the breakfast on the 8th floor,it was a great way to start the day. The umbrellas provided by the hotel were also very thoughtful and useful during the rainy weather. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to others.”

“Room was not clean there was mold in shower, the pillow was stained yellow, there was hair in the slippers, mysterious stain on the carpet, stains on the blankets.”
