“We waited 1 hour for check-in. Although we’re early and check-in was at 2 pm but still no one was there to even open the gate. Room was dirty and AC remote was missing. Owner didn’t provide basic amenities like shower gel and shampoo.”

“I had a delayed flight. I called the property 3times the day before arriving to cancel and got no answer. I tried calling once more the day of and same thing no answer. so I called Expedia who also called and got no answer. I finally got a text late that day giving check in instructions.
