“Reception is good and have service mind and can upgrade room for free and good delicious food”

“I used a taxi from the airport to get to the hotel. The hotel staff helped me pay the driver by setting up a Chinese payment app on my phone. The hotel staff spoke English very well. They upgraded my room to a suite which was much appreciated. The suite was extremely spacious, well decorated and throughly clean. I was able to utilize the free shuttle bus back to the airport. ”

“Took a long time to find had to go through immigration (not mentioned on the site at all) so may have been better finding a local hotel and we could have checked out a lot later. Difficult to find and no signposting to help. Pod was clean but no signs of any air conditioning so did get hot. I thought I’d paid through Expedia but was asked to pay at the pods. People left big suitcases with the staff at the front desk (it was a little cramped with our hand luggage) A lot loud snoring in pod...

“The hotel is a big complex with multiple buildings. The surrounding landscape is beautifully designed and maintained. The room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious. But it’s in the Tianfu airport which is far from the city. However the hotel does offer an airport shuttle and the airport has a subway stop into Chengdu proper. ”
