Baite a Contea di Shelburne

“It took us a little bit to find the place as we didn’t quite know what we were looking for. Lockeport is a very small town. The room itself was comfortable and cozy. I thought perhaps the bath towels could be bigger, they were a bit on the small side. We weren’t told that there would be no open restaurants (we were there in October) so we went to the convenience store and bought what we could for our evening meal. The store does have a cook who will prepare something for you but that day...

“Parcheggio molto comodo, adiacente alla struttura. Casa fornita di tutti i comfort. Noi abbiamo trascorso solo una notte di passaggio, ma andrebbe bene per soggiorni più lunghi. ”

“Peaceful and clean. Wonderful.”

“Just a wonderful little town. We (4 of us) traveled to 4 Canadian provinces and we loved each one. Shelburne pace was just what we needed before coming home via the Ferry. It was so nice to settle in to this charming home. We were so happy to relax in such a nice space. Terrific communication with Dave! Thanks for everything…we’d love to return someday:)”

“senza nessun dubbio! pulitissimo, tutto adorabile”

“We stayed here for the weekend for the Sea Me Run half Marathon and this place was perfect! Communication with the host was easy and efficient, and he was very accommodating when we added another person last minute. It is a huge space and all five of us had plenty of room. The bonus was how close it is to the water front. We would definitely stay here again.”

“This was exactly what we need! They accommodated our every need, even welcoming our small dog. Our cottage was clean, well equipped and plenty of space for all. Everything was exactly as they described so the only surprise was how truly beautiful it is. Thank you.”

“Unbeatable location on one of the most pristine and breathtaking coastal locations in North America. Quiet, dark-sky location in quaint Nova Scotian seaside town with well-maintained, scenic boardwalk through coastal bays and a newly-inaugurated bird sanctuary on an isolated promontory. Spectacular historic location with weekly beach market, annual fishing derby and more. Will absolutely return! Small local restaurants with harbor views and short drive to larger town of Shelburne with many...

“Owners were very accommodating. Anything that needed their attention was dealt with immediately. The beds were very comfortable and the location on the beach was amazing.”

“The place had everything to enjoy a quick couple nights stay. Bed was comfortable. Furnitures, specially the chairs and sofa were bit old and needs maintenance. Loved barbecue availability in all cottages and even for motel rooms.”

“Definitely not the best stay I’ve had at any motel/hotel. The property was pretty run down and the room itself was really dusty. There was this door mat that was not held down by anything like a carpet runner and slid around whenever walked on. I rolled it up and tossed it aside because it was dangerous. The heat was difficult to turn up, you had to press really hard and like wiggle your finger around, but to turn it down it was easy. The plug situation was weird. Not really close to the bed but...
