“Needing to pick a time for breakfast. No choice for a small breakfast, everything was the same price. Food was excellent”

“We enjoyed the heated pool after a long day of driving. Check in and out was easy. Room was clean and comfy. The only thing that would be nice to add would be a complimentary breakfast, but since we headed out early for the ferry, it really wasn’t a big deal.”

“Older motel that has been remodeled so it’s decent.”

“Unfortunately the pool was closed for maintenance, they were adding chemicals. We were a group of 6 friends & asked if we could simply sit in the pool area on the lawn chairs and were told no because of this inconvenience we were virtually left with no slit to enjoy the beautiful day. If not for this would certainly had given a higher rating. Everything else was good with the property”

“I absolutely loved this building and the owner was wonderful. She just has a lot of work to continue to build this beautiful spot. Our room was wonderful. But you need to walk up stairs to all the rooms so if you can't do that, this isn't the place for you. It's literally on the water and I liked that a lot.”

“Fantastic place. So clean. Really friendly staff and helpful. Could use a restaurant close by, but they are looking in to that soon. Beautiful views and amazing sunset. Sauna was a welcome addition. Wish we could stay longer.”

“The hotel is in a quiet residential location. It's convenient to get to since it's close to the highway access. We stayed for 2 nights for a sporting event in Shelburne that's 30 minutes away from the place. I would recommend this place if you are near the area.”
