“This property is located on the outskirts of Pitlochry, a very lovely town that has great walking trails, shopping, and restaurants. There is direct access from the property to walking trails and a convenient car park. Rooms vary in layout and amenities, so do your homework before booking. Our room was on a second floor without elevator and with a steep stair, which may not be suitable for elderly or folks with disabilities. The ceiling was sloped with a lot of headknockers for 6+ ft tall...

“Great town to base yourself we stayed there for 8 years so we know this . The guest house is beautiful back from the road so very peaceful. The hosts are so lovely and welcoming. The room we had was a small double and it was immaculate,clean and had everything you need . Breakfast was excellent and there was plenty to eat . You won’t be disappointed ”
