“Cleanliness is not their thing! Found a veil of dust on the kettle, spots inside the mug, boot footprints INSIDE the shower, a shirt fell on the floor and I picked it up covered in dust. No hangers anywhere, they were also taken off the bathroom door, leaving the holes. Wifi was no working at all. The lady at the reception told we I could have had a bad connection. “Fabulous place in a beautiful setting. Staff were very welcoming, helpful and attentive. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable with excellent storage and a lovely en-suite shower room. We were fortunate that the weather was good enough that the walk from the room (a Woodland lodge) to the hotel for meals was pleasant but an umbrella as provided jut in case! We enjoyed using the pool and thermal suite which was never busy. The food was excellent and there was lots of choice at...

“Friendly staff in a welcoming small hotel. Our room, the Willow, was very comfortable and quiet. We ate dinner in the restaurant which was good and Breakfast was great also.”

“Abbiamo avuto problemi con l’auto e siamo arrivati in hotel molto tardi. La cucina era chiusa ma ci hanno fatto accomodare e ci hanno offerto toast e birra dato che non avevamo cenato ed eravamo stanchi. Questa mattina ci hanno aiutato con l’auto. Camera spaziosa e bellissima vista sul fiume. Colazione abbondante e personale molto gentile. Non posso che dire: ottimo! Ci tornerei”
