“The staff was excellent and the receptionist Mr David was especially welcoming and made us feel right at home. The hotel - especially the spa - itself feels a little tired, but it seems they are undergoing a reno, which is great. I love the restaurant, food, and the staff there too. ”

“There is definitely no complaint about the location and the cleanliness. But the water flow of the shower head is too weak. The ladder of the bunker bed is made of thin metal bars, therefore it is hard and dangerous to climb up and down. Finally if a bath tub is available, it will be much better. Anyway, it is a nice stay. ”

“5-Star Service Every staff member at The Loden is welcoming, informative, and went out of their way to please. We stayed in a room with two beds that was spacious and bright, with comfortable beds, a beautiful bathroom with separate shower and a giant tub, and daily "treats" and lemon water for turndown service. “The room I got had so much character, with a beautiful view of the water and city, even the windows were lovely. Everything was clean, bright and felt safe (older woman travelling alone for dr appointment). I enjoyed my room so much that I got room service and ate, looking out the window. The meal was visually beautiful and tasted wonderful. All staff were wonderful. Bed was comfy. For those who are chemically sensitive, the linens have a touch of scent.
