Perfect
This vacation was my way of celebrating my 50 th birthday w/ my family. The location was secluded enough to not hear traffic but very close to stores, restaurants, hiking trails & golf courses. The house had everything we needed to cook , it was very clean and spacious. The fire pit and beach were great. We all agreed it was special enough to come back.

Great place, with FANTASTIC VIEWS!
Place was great! Was far enought away, and yet close to everything! Made great memories with the family! Owners were very accommodating and quick to get back to us whenever we had to get in touch with them! Definitely would come back! My daughter already asked if we could next year! So 2 thumbs up!

Great Cottage for Little Kids
This is the second time we have stayed here. The location is great - close to grocery stores, N. Conway, restaurants and lots of easy hikes for little kids. We all the loved the beach, the kids digging in the sand, the adults lying on the lounge chairs at the water and reading, and everyone playing in the water and swimming to the raft. We especially appreciated the canoe and two kayaks that were at our disposal. This was a rainy, muggy week and the AC was very much appreciated. The kitchen is well equipped and we used the washer and dryer multiple times to clean muddy clothes after hikes. On the days when the rain actually stopped, there were beautiful views of the mountains across the lake.

Peaceful and perfect
We absolutely loved our stay at the chalet. The property is beautiful. Lakefront lounge chairs, fire pit, picnic tables, wraparound deck were all wonderful. The view is stunning and can’t be beat - just sitting on the couch or standing in the kitchen you get a beautiful view of the pond and mountains. House was very clean, especially the bathrooms. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Had everything we needed. Secluded and peaceful, but quick drive to Settlers Green, downtown North Conway, Echo Lake, and about 20 min from Storyland. Highly recommend

Wonderful lake front rental for a family, kayaks and canoe on site, beautiful views, plenty of places to sit and enjoy the serenity. So much to do in the White Mountains, perfect location with access to it all! Would love to stay again!!

A beautiful special place
The property is very beautiful and very special the house inside the colors the furnitures the kitchen living room the fireplace and out the decks all around the colors the chalet style . The view of the lake is stunning with mountains in back ground. The amenities with canoe and kayaks are perfect to enjoy the water and the beautiful fire pit also and charcoal grill

Fall visit
A great place to stay while exploring fall color in the area. We enjoyed the kankamagus highway, flume gorge, and lots of covered bridges. The Appalachian trail passes not too far away (Pinkham notch) but we didn’t realize it until we were out of time.

Perfect Stay
This is our second time staying at this property. Absolutely love it. The views are gorgeous. The location of the house to the town is great, just far enough to feel away from everything, but everything you could need is about 15 minutes away.

Gorgeous location
This home was everything we expected.... beautiful lakeview and amenities. It was quiet and serene. Kayaks were great for a cruise around the pond. Would be great for couples; families; kids; etc. Appliances are modern and dependable. The home was very clean.... owners were very responsive. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly to others.

Perfect getaway !
This is the second time we have stayed at this charming lake chalet in Conway with its perfect waterfront location . Beautiful view from the living room slider that opens to a wonderful deck where you can enjoy the water and mountain view. Everything you need is here that you’ll need for your stay; washer dryer, appliances, kitchen utensils etc Clean , charming and comfortable and the owners are friendly & reachable but never bothering you or in your face. Great outdoor seating and fire pit next to the water. Everything you could ask for to make for a perfect vacation & near everything you need in Conway too. Thank you for letting us enjoy your wonderful chalet! We hope to be back again one day.

Enjoyed our stay
There are so many good things about this chalet. For a small foot print it has three decent bedrooms and two full baths. Front to back kitchen, dining and living room that looks out over pond through the big glass doors. Kitchen and baths are nice and beds were comfortable. It has some nice extra's that you don't always find in a rental like central air and a lot kitchen supplies. It has a cute propane stove for heat and my husband said the fishing was great. One the other side of that, there were a few cons. One being the musty smell you get immediately when you walk in. We were lucky and had good weather so we were able to shut down the AC and keep windows and doors open but it is something to consider. A dehumidifier might help. Also their isn't any empty cabinets to put your food into when you arrive. We were only there for four days so we used the basket on the counter but if you coming in with a full house for a week, I don't know where you would put all your stuff.

Spectacular vacation home with breathtaking views
The chalet was immaculate and had everything that you would need to enhance your vacation- well stocked kitchen, towels, bedding, WI-FI, TVs, games and best of all seating on the deck, around a fire pit and down on the lake area to enjoy the spectacular view. We loved everything about this warm inviting home and hope to return in the future to make more treasured memories.

Cleanest place you will ever stay at and well stocked with necessities.
We have been summer renting for over twenty years and this is the best place we have stayed at. It was definitely the cleanest. It had a well stocked kitchen. We had access to kayaks and a canoe, all in good condition. The raft was easily accessible by our swimmers. We had a fire-pit every night (you supply the wood but it doesn't take much). There is a slight wooden wave break. You don't just walk into the water. Once in the water there was a very gradual decline into deeper water. Also, the stairs from the cottage to the lake can be a little much for an older person. Going down is the easy part. It is the going up that can be a bit of a challenge. A nice bar-b-que was provided which we used quite a bit. Note: Go to Veno's , Meats and Specialties, White Mountain Highway, get the tips, teryaki marinade, and have them on the bar-b. You can thank me later! There was one other challenge. Two of the three rooms do not have walls that go to ceiling. Two of us are late sleepers. They got the fully walled room. The front deck was great for cocktails in the afternoon with a loon seranading. In the moring it was great for our first cup of coffee watching the fishermen trolling for their first catch of the day. I don't know if it was my imagination but the coffee maker in the cottage made the best tasting coffee. Overall, we had a great time! It is obvious that the management takes great care of this chalet on a lake.

The view cannot be beat !!!
The house is better than the pictures !! We had the best time kayaking, fishing and relaxing on the lake. The house has everything you could need and more, Deborah and Christopher provide detailed instructions for everything, (which made it so easy). They have thought of everything to make this a home away from home. Thank you for sharing your lake front chalet with us. We definitely will stay here again

beautiful!!
The property is on a beautiful pond that is bigger than it looks. We were there for a wedding weekend nearby so we had a lot going on. We were able to enjoy a nice fire in the fire pit. I wish we were able to enjoy the house more. I loved the decor. We even went down to Lake Winnipesaukee to kayak as well - we brought our own kayakes with us. I would definitely go back to this house again. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We took a family trip with our 2 college-aged kids. Deb and Chris have a lovely property. Very clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. Close to Rte 16 and North Conway but you feel so far away when at the house. We hope to visit again.

Smells like mold / dishes were dirty.
The listing states “minutes from world class skiing such as Bretton Woods”. This property is no where near Bretton Woods (55 “minutes” to be exact.) upon entering the home, we were greeted with a powerful moldy/musky stench, air quality in this home is poor. Went for a glass of water and found greasy glasses in the cabinets, after that all dishes were hand washed before use. The driveway and stairs were a death trap, barely cleaned a pathway to the door and was super icy. My 70 year old mother slipped in the driveway. All of the outdoor features that are displayed in the pictures were covered in snow, needed to be cleared to use. The grill was buried in snow as well. Was charged an “extra fee” because my 14 year old niece decided she wanted to join us on short notice. Everyone came home with a stuffy nose and a headache from breathing in the poor air quality all weekend. Save your money, skip this place.

Dear Future Tenants, Please be aware that we take our responsibility to enforce occupancy limits and a good neighbor policy seriously. Additionally, snow and ice are a part of life in NH during the winter months. Safety supplies, like ice melt, sand and plowing are readily available to all tenants. We are centrally located to a number of great ski areas and we have a great cleaning company as evidenced by our over 100 5-star reviews. Tenants who cannot, or do not abide by our rental agreement are held responsible so we can better preserve our home for your enjoyment.

Amazing Family Vacation
We had an amazing week at the Lakefront Chalet! Couldn’t have asked for a more idyllic setting and we loved how much character the home had in addition to great modern amenities! The beds were so comfortable and the house has such a homey, welcoming feeling. We spent our days enjoying the gorgeous private beach and our nights around the fire pit or playing family games at the dining room table! We would love to rent this home again in the future!

Outstanding property
We loved our stay at the Chalet. Property owners were very easy to communicate with. The property and the views are 5 star. I gave a 4 for the location, (but should be a 4.8) ONLY because I hate hearing any traffic. We could hear louder vehs but the views and beach area are perfect and close proximity to things can't be beat.

Perfect Lake Chalet
The house was a nicely retro decorated chalet with a perfect lake view. We had coffee every morning on the deck and took the kayaks out for a spin in the evening. Approx 10-15 min to downtown North Conway so location is great. Good base camp for hiking on Cathedral Ledge or heading up to Mt Washington. A/C blasted and made it perfect sleeping after very hot 90 degree days. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with all the gear. It was supposed to be my family of 5 but once everyone had to go back to in-person school, it ended up being just 2 of us. Highly recommend!
