Questa piccola cabina è stata costruita nel livello inferiore della mia casa di tronchi. Questa cabina è completamente attrezzata. Ha una cucina completa con piano cottura e frigorifero, un bagno completo con doccia completa, una camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale che comprende tutta la biancheria da letto (lenzuola, coperte e cuscini). Il soggiorno ha una sedia reclinabile e un divano letto che può ospitare due. Il soggiorno ha anche una TV con cavo completo. Ha WiFi per la tua comodità (la password verrà data una volta che il tuo soggiorno è stato protetto). Ha il pieno calore per l'inverno e il freddo AC per l'estate. La cucina ha tutte le pentole complete, bicchieri, tazze da caffè, utensili, una caffettiera con caffè, panna e zucchero. Hai il tuo ingresso privato. Una cassetta di sicurezza si blocca a sinistra dell'ingresso con la chiave di cabina. Una volta confermata la tua vacanza, ti verrà fornita la combinazione. Questo è un quartiere eccezionalmente tranquillo. Questa non è una casa delle feste. Non è adatto ai bambini. Sono amico degli animali domestici per una serie di motivi. Ho viaggiato con i miei animali domestici per 30 anni e ho sempre trovato difficile trovare posti adatti agli animali domestici. La maggior parte degli animali domestici sono considerati membri della famiglia e la maggior parte dei proprietari di animali domestici ama viaggiare con i propri animali domestici. Questa proprietà si trova a 1/2 miglio da Kancamangus, una delle strade più panoramiche degli Stati Uniti. Ci sono innumerevoli sentieri che vanno da molto facile a molto difficile molto vicino. Ciclismo, canoa, kayak, sci (X-country e alpino), equitazione e golf sono solo alcune delle molte attività nelle vicinanze. Per quelli meno entusiasti dei grandi spazi aperti, i famigerati negozi "outlet shopping" sono a soli 10 minuti di auto. La Conway Scenic Railroad è a cinque minuti di auto. North Conway ha numerosi ristoranti a soli 10 minuti in auto. Darby Field Inn è a due passi dalla piccola cabina.

It was perfect for our Thanksgiving away from home. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Great trail running & hiking trails within 3 minutes of the rental. The host really took care to label everything and clearly explain where everything was. Fantastic place to stay (especially if you travel with a dog, which we do). Close enough to Conway to get to everything you need but far enough where you are out in the woods. Very quiet and beautiful location. We will definitely stay here again next time we come up north.

The property was welcoming and cozy. Very pet friendly. Plenty of room for a dog to run around. Marianne provided great communication and also plenty of info in the cabin if there were questions. Very close to N. Conway, NH. I only marked ski area question as a 3 as the survey would not let me skip it. I was not there to ski so I truly have zero knowledge on it.

Marianne and her dog Karma were lovely hosts - both incredibly kind and welcoming. The property is a gem with many extra touches (new cozy socks for indoor use! Earplugs! An array of different body washes and shampoos to choose from!) to make the stay extra special. The location is also superb: an easy drive to the shops and restaurants in North Conway and right off the Kangamagus with so much nature and hiking options at your fingertips! My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer!

The space is immaculate and beautifully decorated! Hostess provides a nice selection of shampoo and body wash, coffee, and very comfortable bed.Conveniently located near Conway restaurants, along the Kancamagus scenic drive.Very nice experience!

What a wonderful experience. The host was amazing and provided small gestures of hospitality- like our own slippers and a dog bed and bowls for our pup! Exceeded all expectations and was such a unique spot.

Cozy, Quiet, and Just What We Needed

My partner and I stayed here for a weekend getaway, and it was perfect. The place was super clean, cozy, and exactly what we were looking for, quiet but still close to everything we needed. Lovely Stay

We had a great time! Very Cozy home, perfect for a weekend away in the mountains. Easy access to the center of town with lots to do in the area. The apartment was beautifully decorated, very clean, and had everything we needed and then some. Marianne was available for any questions and was very thoughtful. Great spot to venture out from to explore.

Christmas and Family

The interior of the cabin was clean, neat and had wonderful little touches that we enjoyed. Marianne could not have been nicer and responded to all questions in a timely fashion. Area was quiet and each morning we watched the sun on the snow capped mountains while enjoying our coffee. We look forward to staying again next year.

Not acceptable

Although the property was beautiful and well kept, my husband and I were not under the impression that the owner would be home also with her dog. There was nowhere in the listing that stated this and we were not informed until 2 days prior to our trip. We were there on our one year anniversary with our two dogs who are anxious around other dogs. We made the owner aware of this and still nothing was done. My dogs were growling and anxious the whole night stay because we were able to hear both the owner and the dog. We ended up leaving at 430 in the morning because we were so discouraged. If this information had been properly advertised with the listing we would have never booked it. I hope other people don’t find themselves in the same situation as us.

Très beau séjour !

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cet hébergement bien decoré et proche des points d’attraits de la région. Le chauffage est difficile à répartir dans toutes les pièces mais sinon tout s’est très bien déroulé! Marianne est une hôte très précise.

Amazing location and host!

This cabin is in a super convenient location right off of the Kancamagus Highway, and the host Marianne has truly thought of everything! From heated blankets, great toiletries in the shower, and even treats for your dogs, no item was left unturned. There is also Wi-Fi available, which is huge as cell reception is almost nonexistent in the area. Would highly recommend!

Quiet and comfortable

We stayed 2 nights and it was great. Had a slight slower water pressure but was taken care of quickly. Even though the host is above us, we heard nothing and your pup was excited for the open space.

Fryeburg Fair

We wanted quiet a place close to the Fryeburg Fair that was pet friendly. Place was well maintained, clean, and the hostess was so accommodating (she even offered to let our dog out while we were away at the fair). If you are travelling with a dog and want a nice place that is dog friendly, this is the best place ever.

Beautiful and Quiet

I can’t say enough good things about my stay here! The location was both quiet and peaceful, while being so close to everything I needed and wanted (hiking trails ✅, restaurants ✅, shopping ✅, peace and quiet to get some writing done ✅✅✅). Marianne and her adorable dog Karma greeted me as soon as I arrived. They lived on the top floor but I could hardly tell they were even there the rest of the time. Marianne foresaw any possible negatives about the property and thwarted it before it became a problem. Ex: Cold floors? 😭 here are some slippers! 😄 And finding the notes was its own little scavenger hunt. You didn’t have to question a single thing. All the information was right there. Absolutely loved it here. If I’m ever back in the area, I’ll definitely stay here again!
