Tutto il necessario per il tuo soggiorno ed è vicino a tutto ciò che la Mountain Washington Valley ha da offrire, questa casa è ciò di cui hai bisogno per rilassarti dopo una lunga giornata di shopping, escursioni, sci, kayak o Story Land! Inoltre, AC per le calde giornate estive!

Il grande ponte sul retro è l'ideale per intrattenere, grigliare o semplicemente rilassarsi. Cortile privato con patio e pozzo del fuoco e vasca idromassaggio (NON DISPONIBILE IN INVERNO, OTTOBRE-APRILE), Godetevi seduti fuori sulla nostra veranda protetta.
Pavimenti in legno luccicanti. La nostra casa ha un totale di 3000 piedi quadrati, 3 livelli a casa. Grande cucina con sala da pranzo, 3 soggiorni separati: Ampio soggiorno con camino a propano e una sala giochi con TV da 75 ", molti DVD e area bar. Abbiamo un totale di 4 camere da letto: camera matrimoniale con un letto king size. Seconda camera da letto con un letto matrimoniale. Terza camera da letto con un letto full size e un letto a castello. Quarta camera da letto con un letto full-size e offriamo anche 2 divani estraibili. Forniamo un sacco di coperte, lenzuola pulite e 12 asciugamani per la vostra convenienza. Tutte le camere da letto e il soggiorno principale dispongono di unità AC. Un ottimo posto per intrattenere! A circa 15 minuti dal centro di North Conway!
Inverno: Siamo situati a 15 minuti dalla montagna di Crammore e circa 15 dalla zona sciistica di King Pine.

Weekend stay

So,close to a five star rating. Beautiful spot, very spacious, and loaded with everything you could possibly need. The only two issues were the water for the showers had a really bad smell to it, and I do find it very unusual and burdensome to ask the people staying there to take their trash with them

Great stay!!!

This was the perfect house for a large group skiing for the weekend! The multiple bedrooms and pull out couch accommodated everyone’s sleeping arrangements very comfortably. Our dogs even had the best time in the large front yard! Gabriela was responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again!

Outstanding Vacation Rental

If you're looking for a vacation rental conveniently located near the North Conway area, this is it! The house was exceptional and was the cleanest we've ever rented in over 20 years. There were amazing spaces for our family of 9. If you enjoy cooking, like we do, you'll find everything you need in the kitchen. It's just as lovely as it looks in the pictures. The AC units in the bedrooms and kitchen/dining area, as well as the fans in all the rooms, kept us completely cool, with very high humidity and temps in the upper 80's to low 90's. Gabriela was one of the most responsive and helpful hosts we've ever dealt with. When we return to this area, we'll definitely want to rent this home again.

Went for a long weekend skiing trip. Weather did work great for skiing but had one day. Home was beautiful and had everything needed. Very clean and modern. Close to downtown. Easy access to downtown. Had an amazing time. Thank you and looking forward until next time.

Month long rental

We had a wonderful time in this large home. We had family and friends come over each week and had plenty of room. Four rooms to entertain! Lots nearby for everyone, golf, Saco River kyacking, hiking and Ecco Lake. Owners were close by to help if we had any requests. Hope to come back sometime.

Winter Break

We had a great time with family! From start to finish the commutation with the owner was great. The house came with everything we needed. Close to North Conway for skiing, shops and restaurants . Our dog loved playing in the snow in the front and back yard.

Winter Getaway

The home is beautiful. Unfortunately a snowstorm hit the night we arrived and we along with most of Madison lost power and had to cut our weekend short. Extremely disappointing. Gabriela could not have been more understanding and offered to refund the entire stay. She was very easy to get a hold of and kept us updated after reaching out to the power company. I would highly recommend this home to anyone that loves this area of NH and plan to return.

Gorgeous Spacious

Gabriela was such a pleasure . She was so attentive and communication was amazing . The house is gorgeous it even has a firepit in the yard . This is one of the nicest homes we have rented in this area . The sunroom was one of our favorite rooms. The kitchen was fully stocked . Plenty of board games for us to play as a family . We definitely would love to stay here next thanksgiving .

Wonderful weekend in the mountains

We found this beautiful house and knew it would be a great fit for our group of 6 moms on our girls weekend away. From the very first contact, the owner was very responsive and friendly. Check in was super easy and the house exceeded our expectations. It was very clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly have needed. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds and couches were comfortable/cozy. We had zero complaints all weekend and look forward to booking again.

Great House close to North Conway

We stayed at this lovely house for 2 nights in the summer. The house was clean, modern, appealing, and blessed. It has a great backyard, back porch, and deck. The kitchen is nice and spacious as well. I recommend this stay. The owner was very attentive and responsive to my messages. Easy check in and check out.

February Vacation get away

The checkin was seamless and easy. The owner, Gabriela, was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I stayed here with my wife, son (7 years old) daughter (4 years old) and another family. The kids and adults had a blast, easy commute to Attitash, Wildcat and Cranmore. North Conway center was an easy ride as well. I would stay here again.

Home is as advertised. Location is okay once you figure out the alternative route than GPS suggests about 15 min drive to N. Conway. House is clean but could use some TLC. Overall place was good.

Beautiful home

Enjoyed staying at this beautiful home. House was spotless and kitchen was fully stocked with with everything needed to whip up a meal. Updated and very comfortable to be able to spread out. Secluded but yet close enough to shopping outlets. Owners were a pleasure to work with! Looking forward to rent in the future.

Lovely stay

We had a great stay here! The house was well-equipped and in a nice and quiet location making for a fantastic escape from city life. The house had plenty of super comfortable lounging spaces and we really appreciated that all of the furniture was toddler-safe so we didn’t have to do any additional baby-proofing. Would definitely stay here again!
