“Lovely building , Lovely staff, just missing a restaurant at the moment , and gardens could do with more landscaping, although they are neat and tidy. Really lovely stay ”

“We enjoyed our time in Conwy and at the Castle Apartment very much. The facility was clean and stocked with everything we required for our stay of three days. However, the thing we appreciated most about the listing in the end was its location. We were within a short walk of the Castle, the city walls, the waterfront quay, Plas Mawr, the Royal Cambrian Academy and a myriad of restaurants offering a variety of cuisines. Relatively short drives were needed to reach other places of interest to us:...

“Lovely property with smart fixtures and fittings. Plenty of kitchen utensils and equipment. Good size bathroom but only one toilet. Quiet when we were there but one of the bedrooms had a window close to the games rooms so might be noisy early on (also staff congregate there first thing but no big deal). Really enjoyed our stay in a great spots room ”

“In need of complete renovation carpets were stained, kitchen floor tiles were very cracked and a hazard, top oven not working and cooker rusty utensils and kitchen pans were in need of cleaning. Curtains were mouldy with black mould. Overall very disappointing.”
