“When we booked, the Dorsett, The Star Grand and the Residences were all roughly the same price. The Dorsett looked newer, sharper, more modern. So we chose the one that sold the best first impression. And it does ok on this front. The pool is good, although the pool heating runs cool at night, and despite what the stock photos suggest, there are no loungers in the pool. The rooms look the part, but the service doesn’t quite match the price. No full room service. A minimal minibar. Restaurants...
