Hand towel was the only issue for the room. Everything was spotless apart from the hand towel. Room was big and bathroom was freshly renovated. The communication could be better, we had to txt first to get the code to get in, this should be sent out the day before, especially for those travelling a long distance like us. Aside from that I have no complaints and it wouldn’t stop me going back.

"We absolutely love this hotel, it is our second stay and it doe not disappoint. We use the hotel when visiting Alton Towers and It is absolutely perfect.
