“The office person had difficulty understanding me when I asked a question about the room or property, but that was a very minor issue. The other staff were all super-friendly and helpful. Room was clean, and sufficient for our needs. Would have appreciated a vent in the kitchenette, as without one we triggered the smoke & heat alarm while cooking. I took the hotplate outside to finish cooking to resolve the smoke detector issue.”
“The building doesn’t look great on the outside, but the room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was super-friendly. And it was a good price! And it’s right on the beach!

“We love Ocean Trails resort. The condos are spacious, well cared for and have everything we need. The pool and hot tub area are clean and well maintained. Best of all, they are located right off Rathtrevor Beach and you can access the beach via a boardwalk from the property. This was our fifth stay and won’t be our last one. ”

Special request was not responded to until after the “cancel for free” deadline so I could not make a clear decision based on info from the “hotelier”.
