Hotel per famiglie a Coon Rapids

“The faculty was nice and polite but… The reason I picked this hotel after a 12 hr day working outside in the heat was because it showed they had a pool in the hot tub. The pool was shut down when I got there and no hot tub existed. The room was dirty. The fridge smelled like fish. There was a cracks in the bathtub holes in the walls and the air conditioner was loud and kept me up all night. The towels were dirty and stained. There was also a towel stuck in the exhaust fan in the ceiling....

“Servizio gentile e personale sempre disponibile e sorridente. Purtroppo le lenzuola presentavano diverse macchie giallognole - marroncine. Non ci sono prese di corrente né illuminazione sulla scrivania. La colazione prevede solo yoghurt, cereali e latte. Niente uova o bacon”

“The guy (Rahul) at the reception forgot that I had checked in and came "checking" @ 3:00 AM, ruining my sleep for the night !! Also, it was a very "sparsely" populated "free breakfast table" , with hardly anything available. Elevator not functioning.”

“Our toilet backed up almost immediately after arriving and flooded the entire bathroom and onto the room carpet. We were switched rooms quickly but it was very inconvenient to unpack our family, and repack to move rooms around 1am.”

“The room was not vacuumed or dusted at all.”

“Albergo con standard da aeroporto. Potrebbe migliorare la colazione, sistemare i pavimenti rotti dell' ascensore. Accettabile per una notte di passaggio”
