“Everyone and everything was great. The food not so much. Room service was a crap shoot. Sometimes food showed up hot. Other times it was 2 hours and not hot. Breakfast and the service was always good. Dinner wasn’t. No coffee shop no ice cream. It’s a 35dollar cab ride one way to Roadtown. However we’d go back. The pool was beautiful. The beach amazing. Quiet. Warm water.”

“This hotel is a hidden gem! The lady at the front desk was a jewel! I called her 3x before we even arrived to ask her questions about early checkin and leaving our bags with her before we could checkin. She was so pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious with the most awesome view of the water. We even had a little kitchen as part of the room. It was very clean, had a great ac unit, and the bed was very comfortable. “Albergo di classe ,personale attento,spiaggia non molto comoda per le camere oceanfront ma bella e lunga,cibo non vario e mediocre. Non ritengo giusto che facciano pagare extra il transfert $ 60 a testa calcolando che il resort e' su un isola privata e non servita da mezzi pubblici,a mio avviso dovrebbe essere inserito nel prezzo delle camere.”

She greeted us with a huge smile and made sure everything we needed was taken care of. She was especially helpful with local knowledge and gave amazing dinner recommendations! ”

“Truly a 5 star resort! Having a butler was a unique experience as was the having no room keys (that’s another first for me). We had some rain on our trip so a few more rainy day options would be a good addition. Loved that all water toys were included, find a kayak, pool noodle, stand up paddle board, you could use it. “Tia was very welcoming and helpful. The food and staff in Bananakeet Cafe were excellent, highly recommended. The swimming pool was lovely with beautiful views. The room was great with very comfy bed. Lunch at Stoutt’s Look Out is very good value and only 10 mins walk. We had a very pleasant stay, sad to be going back to UK!”

“Sugar Mill was beyond my expectations. They have the friendliest staff and fantastic food. We were two couples who rented two King size bedrooms with ocean views. “Great ocean view rooms with incredible decks on the water. Food was top notch for all meals and the beach is gorgeous with first class cabanas. Some negatives: the pool, gym and pickleball / tennis courts are across a small road. Not a huge deal but not ideal. Lots of mosquitos poolside so be careful. But the biggest negative is that the ocean is not swim-able due to huge rocks in the water. I saw zero people in the ocean over my 3 day stay. Zero! Maybe with some water shoes it could be done...
