Glimmerglen Lodge è una casa di tronchi di 3400 piedi quadrati, realizzata nello stile Adirondack, completa di nuovi servizi e accesso wireless a Internet ad alta velocità. Il portico anteriore coperto di 48 piedi offre una vista mozzafiato sulla valle. La casa è arredata con mobili artigianalmente realizzati dappertutto. Il grande piano da pranzo della cucina aperta si presta bene a grandi gruppi e riunioni. Ci sono sei camere da letto e cinque bagni e mezzo. Una delle camere da letto con bagno completo si trova al piano di sotto. Al piano superiore, ci sono quattro camere da letto con bagno privato e due camere da letto che possono anche essere una suite con bagno privato. La cucina completa offre elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e un ampio spazio sul bancone e un'area salotto con isola. I servizi esterni includono 10 acri per escursioni / passeggiate, stagno rifornito con area salotto, grill a gas e veranda coperta arredata. A soli 8 miglia dal Dreams Park e 3 miglia dal villaggio di Cooperstown. Questa casa è la casa vacanza perfetta per le famiglie che visitano la nostra zona, in quanto è vicino alle attrazioni locali!

This is a great house! The pictures don't do it justice, the log cabin theme goes throughout the house and really brings the woods inside, down to the tree trunk support beam and the tree branch railings on the stairs. It is huge and very clean. Just a couple minutes from Downtown Cooperstown, Allen & Amy are excellent managers. I'd stay there again in a minute!

The very best stay!

Our family met in Cooperstown for a family reunion of sorts. Allen was a gracious host, answering many questions beforehand and meeting us onsite to walk the property upon arrival. He provided information needed so we could get an appropriate wheelchair ramp so all family members could comfortably join us for meals at the home. The location is minutes away from downtown Cooperstown, making it a quick ride to area activities. The house is spacious and well appointed with everything you need for the perfect getaway, from toys to entertain little ones to corn hole, a fire pit, and fishing poles to enjoy the pond. Air hockey and ping pong in the basements were also enjoyed by everyone. We made a million fun new memories together and would rent this property again in a heartbeat.

Room for All

This house was perfect for our families to stay while our boys played at Dreams Park. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to feel comfortable. Most comfortable was probably our dog, who loved roaming around the expansive property! Allen was awesome to work with—super responsive with any questions we had.

Perfect Multi Family Cabin with kids

This cabin was perfect for our 4 families with young children while attending a local Baseball tourney. It had that cabin feel, was clean and well stocked in every way. Plenty of seating inside and out on front patio. So many things for the kids to do like ping pong, games, wiffle ball and fishing in the pond out front; the host even brought us poles and lures. The host was so nice and quick to respond throughout our week stay. We would definitely stay again.

House was perfect for our purpose - - a few days when six old college friends could get together for golf, Hall of Fame and Saratoga racetrack. Amy and Allen did a terrific job and were very helpful!

Fantastic!

11 of us, ages 73-11, visited my mom's hometown of Cooperstown for our annual family trip in August this year. We chose Glimmerglen due to it's size/location (# of bathrooms!!!) and it was everything we hoped for. Allen, the host was available to answer any questions I had and was even kind enough to offer to bring back my lost luggage from the airport. The front porch was a wonderful place for us to visit, sit and watch the deer and birds. The pond was a special treat where we caught several fish, counted frogs and watched the local beaver swim laps. The large kitchen along with 2 large tables- one inside and one on the porch, accomodated all 11 of us plus some local family memebers who came over for dinner. Plenty of plates, cups, pots/pans etc for a big group. We are not in to baseball (gasp!) so you're on your own there, but Cooperstown is only a few minutes away and the Farmer's Museum and Fenimore Art Museum are even closer. For fun on the lake, I highly recommend Time Out Boat Rentals. Running on the local back roads next to Glimmerglen is also a great way to see the area. We'll be back!

This house is lovely and lives up to its description.

The bedrooms are all a good size as are the kitchen/living areas. Everything is in top shape and very clean. There was plenty of room for 8 adults. It is just minutes to the Farmers Musuem, The Fenimore and the Baseball Hall of Fame. The grounds are lovely, secluded and we were visited by no end of deer and wild turkeys. Also it is very quiet at night for sleeping. All in all our group would definitely stay here again.

Great family friendly destination!

House is great! Plenty of room for +3 families. Kids loved the outdoor space and fishing in the pond. Allen and his wife were extremely helpful and responsive at a moments notice. Highly recommend and look forward to going back!

Perfect house for multiple families

We rented this house for 4 families coming to Cooperstown Allstar Village. This worked perfect for al of us. The kids loved fishing in the pond when we weren’t at the fields for baseball games. The adults loved sitting on the porch relaxing or sitting around the camp fire telling stories about our trip. Highly recommend this house.
