    Pagey's Place - This immaculate 4 bedroom home is located a few minutes outside of our beautiful, historic Village of Cooperstown, and directly across the street from Pagey's View. This charming home was custom-built by your hosts. The care and attention to detail is evident throughout. Step onto the large wrap around porch - the view of the rolling hills, fields and trees is sure to make even the most weary traveler ease into vacation mode.

    This immaculate home is nestled into a hill overlooking the valley below. There is a first floor queen bedroom and 3 more bedrooms on the second floor. This meticulously kept country home has everything you will need while away from home. The lower level features a game room w/ Foosball and a laundry room.

    There is plenty of space for your entire group to spread out here. The wrap around covered porch extends around 2 sides of the home. The large yard provides ample space play catch or play corn hole toss. Outdoor grilling and dining. Gather around the fire pit and enjoy family campfires under the stars.

Almost Heaven.!

The property and view is gorgeous and relaxing.. The beds are super comfy. Quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and the owners were so nice and friendly. The homemade cookies were a hit after a long travel day and sooo delicious! Our family would.definetely recommend Pageys place and we would definitely stay again!

Beautiful Home

Pagey’s Place was perfect! It was perfect all around!! Clean and cozy inside. The outside area was perfect for families with children. We enjoyed sitting on the porch at all Hours of the day, especially during sunset. The owners greeted us upon arrival and had a batch of homemade chocolate chip cookies waiting. Hands down, a great stay!

Beautiful, quiet, charming home

What an amazing week in Cooperstown. Great baseball and an absolutely perfect place to stay. Mike and his beautiful home was immaculately clean, perfect distance to Dreams Park and very welcoming to the rest of our family not staying in the barracks 😂 we had zero issues with the home as everything was as you would expect it to be. Both bathrooms are big, the bedrooms are large, and the beds are comfortable. If we ever come back to Cooperstown, this will be where we will stay.

Beautiful Home, Terrific Views

The property was so clean and inviting and this house has everything you will need for your stay and I mean everything! The owner Mike, greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. He was so friendly and even offered us fans to bring to Dreams Park for the barracks as we had a very hot week! There were homemade cookies waiting for us, which were so good too! I wanted to wake up early every morning just to enjoy the peaceful setting and morning views from the amazing wrap around porch. It’s about a 13 minute drive to Dreams Park. I highly recommend this place!!

Idealistic Lodging

Our family and a second family shared Pagey’s place while our boys played at Dream’s Park. You can see the charm and delightful wrap around porch with beautiful hanging flower baskets. There is a fire pit and corn hole and you feel like you are at a retreat away from it all. The home was spotless and clean and very comfortable to stay in. We stayed during a heat wave and the home stayed very comfortable and cool. It was nice to have extra umbrellas, ponchos and coolers for use. The owners were easy to contact if we had a question. It was a 15 min drive to Dream’s Park.

Stop looking and book this fantastic place

We could not have been more pleased with our stay at Pagey's. A beautiful house with everything we needed to enjoy our time in Cooperstown. Plenty of room for everyone, a fully furnished excellent kitchen, comfortable beds, good sized yard with several amenities. Not to mention a great view. Everything exceeded our expectations. All you need is your clothes and some food. The hosts, Mike and Laura, could not have been nicer. It was an easy drive to Cooperstown Dreams Park as well as downtown. I only wish it was closer as this would become a regular destination for us. I would give 6 stars if I could.
