The house is huge for the price, and it has everything! It's very clean and comfortable. Check in and check out are easy because the host does everything. The fire pit is great. We used it every night.

What you see is what you get. Beautiful property and welcoming hosts. Pictures don’t do it justice, Mountain views and morning coffee is good medicine. We would absolutely stay again.

This is a cozy comfortable well kept cabin in the country, about a 20 minute drive to Cooperstown and 30 minutes to the Baseball Dream Park. Enjoyed watching the wildlife and using the fire pit for s’mores. Granddaughter liked the loft area. Owner very friendly and responsive.

Our family absolutely loved our stay here. The owner was great and extremely easy to work with, the house was very clean and well maintained, and you couldn’t ask for a more peaceful location.We used this as our base camp for our time in Cooperstown. The property provided a welcomed, relaxing end to each day. We were sad to have to leave, but hopefully we will get another chance to visit again soon.

Brad was an amazing host! He stopped by soon after we checked-in to tell us about the property and where the fishing/hiking spots were. To say the scenery is beautiful is an understatement, it’s a breath taking view and we soaked in every moment we could there! The house was perfect, was able to accommodate the kids and we had plenty of rooms to spread our. Would absolutely stay at this property again!!

This cabin was adorable! The host provided everything travelers would need to make their stay comfortable, including ingredients to make S'mores and a much needed bandaid after a skinned knee incident. The place was very clean. If you're looking for a place to stay while your child competes in Cooperstown, this is a great spot. Its about 30 minutes from Dreams Park. Beautiful Scenery! We saw Deer, a Ground Hog and a Bald Eagle.

Great stay

Went there for baseball in cooperstown was a great place to stay very quiet. It had all the amenities you needed for your stay. Overall great place to stay.

Beautiful place. Our family truly enjoyed our stay. After some busy days at the baseball fields, it was great to come back and unwind- the patio / fire pit / grille area was amazing and the views were incredible.Brad was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed.

An at once serene and breathtaking atmosphere, the cabin was perfect for our family of five. Great views of the mountains and valleys of upstate New York, a quick drive to Cooperstown, and ample but homey accommodations make this place a great stay.
