“On checking out the guy on reception was an absolute legend, my 11 years old son had left an inside rear light on and i woke to find i had a dead battery, the nrma took 3 hours to arrive before which the guy on reception helped me jump start my car and get us back on the road an hour before the nrma where due to arrive meaning we could still make it to the reptile park (the main reason for our stay) we could not find our bin within our apartment so felt a little guilty having to leave...

“Close to the beach, shops snd restaurants. Lots of thought and care has been put into ensuring that you felt welcomed -chocolates, biscuits, twisties and a basket of games were a lovely touch. Peter was also very responsive to any questions we had.”

“After power outage heating wouldn’t reset until an electrician came. Dishwasher didn’t operate after power outage, many Venetian blinds were broken and difficult to operate, no cloths provided to wipe surfaces and a bottle for washing machine liquid was empty. Insufficient coffee pods for a one week stay.”
