“Great place to stay when going skiing at Crystal Mountain. Cottage was clean and comfortable (once we got the heat cranking from the in-wall HVAC unit.). Bed and futon was comfortable, with fresh linens and blankets. Extra little amenities in the bathroom like extra soap and toothbrushes wee appreciated. TV was a nice size and the keurig was great. “I got to Cabin 9 around 9pm after a long drive on icy roads on a 15 degree evening. When I opened the door to the cabin I was surprised to find it freezing cold inside, but I followed the directions to turn on the single small wall-mounted heater. My family and I spent about an hour in our coats in the sauna waiting for warm air to happen, and repeatedly reaching out to property management. The warm air never happened.
