I bagni sono vecchi, il bollitore dell acqua pieno di calcare, superficie dei ripiani pieni di polvere, bicchieri capovolti appoggiati sui ripiani e la stanza è rumorosa e trema perché al di sotto della struttura passano i treni. È un 3 stelle non 4.

Il punto di forza dell’hotel è la posizione, davvero comodissima al centro di Copenaghen. Le camere sono comode e spaziose, la colazione abbastanza varia, nella media. Reception un po’ distratta: la pulizia della camera non è stata effettuata nonostante fosse stata espressamente richiesta la sera prima. Inoltre ha fornito informazioni errate sul parcheggio in strada a fianco dell’hotel, con conseguente contravvenzione per divieto di sosta.

Posizione dell'hotel strategicamente perfetta sia perché in prossimità del centro città sia per la vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria ed a quella della metro. Il personale è stato molto cortese e disponibile. La colazione qualitativamente buona e varia. Va sottolineata anche la possibilità di accesso al vicino ristorante direttamente dalla struttura.

La gentilezza del personale che conosceva la lingua italiana. Un albergo elegante e pulito con cambio giornaliero biancheria e pulizie. La vicinanza alla stazione ed al centro di Copenaghen Ed anche il ristorante all'interno è buono.

Carino, lo staff e' molto accogliente
L'hotel e' situato in un'ottima posizione, vicino alla stazione di Copenhagen e si puo raggiungere tutto da qui. Il bagno era pulito ma con parecchi aloni che non mi aspetterei in un hotel 4 stelle. I corridoi lasciano molto a desiderare, decisamente non all'altezza del nome dell'hotel "IMPERIAL" che trasmette un senso di magnificenza e dovrebbe staccare alla grande i normali standard di altri hotel concorrenti. Il letto per contro era morbidissimo e abbiamo dormito alla grande. Ho anche apprezzato il calore del pavimento nel bagno, sebbene la vasca/doccia fosse un po' piccola. Sicuramente un grande aspetto positivo dell'hotel e' il ristorante annesso, L'Appetito, il quale sforna buonissimi piatti Italiani e un'eccellente pizza (consiglio a tutti le loro linguine allo scoglio, imperdibili!) Io e mia moglie abbiamo anche preso la colazione a buffet per circa 40 ero in due e siamo rimasti soddisfatti della quantita' di cibo e di scelta sebbene il cibo stesso non sia di primissima qualita'. L'arredamento della stanza non e' di nostro gusto, troppo retro' e poco moderno al contrario della reception che e' molto accogliente. La palestra la rifarei daccapo, troppo piccola e non ci si sta che in 3 o 4 in un hotel che ha moltissime stanze e quindi molta domanda di un'area fitness capiente e accogliente. In breve, consiglio l'hotel per chi e' di passaggio e vuole godersi un minimo di comfort nel centro di Copenhagen ad un prezzo abbastanza ragionevole. Di sicuro si puo migliorare

Posizione strategica. Ambiente molto carino tuttavia le stanze che danno sulla strada sono molto rumorose. Per la pulizia delle stanze direi bene anche se abbiamo apprezzato solo la pulizia iniziale perché il secondo giorno abbiamo messo il cartello non disturbare fino alle 11 però poi non sono più passati.

The AC was broken for some reason so I spent my nights in a boiling room, I had the option to open the windows and deal with the noise outside or use a hand-size fan and deal with the noise too (it was broken too). Every day I contacted the staff about this issue and still acted like it was the first time to heard that. If you are a VIP member, no VIP amenities nor room upgrade Otherwise, Copenhagen is a spectacular city to be in, and the people are so friendly and welcoming... definitely, visiting again but please not this hotel

We had made a two-night reservation through Expedia and were looking forward to a great experience at the hotel. However, our stay was marred by unprofessional behavior from the hotel staff. Here are some of the experiences we had: - We were given a room on the first floor without a functioning AC or ventilation. We were not informed about the broken AC until the next day when we complained. When we did, the staff told us that the AC for the entire hotel had not been working for weeks. We checked with other guests and found this to be untrue. - The reception staff was unfriendly and unhelpful when we complained. They could have changed our room, but they showed no interest in resolving the issue. - When we asked for the manager's contact information to file a complaint, the staff was hesitant and confused us about when the manager would be available. - We sent an official complaint via email, copying their corporate office. Their response was not a sincere apology but rather an offer to discount the parking fee, which was an insult considering the uncomfortable room we had spent the night in. - Parking was located at another hotel, and the construction made it very difficult to drag our luggage on the pavement. - Breakfast was not up to the mark, and we would have preferred to eat elsewhere. - We are planning to file a complaint with HRT-ankenaevn as we believe the hotel staff misinformed us about the room conditions and available services.

Wasn’t impressed, the hotel is advertised as luxury yet room looked dated, bath was old with limescale and there was mould on tiles. We were top floor yet had lots of noise from the street at the back of the hotel, especially on a Saturday night, windows barely concealed any noise. The room had a small, cheap plastic kettle that was not clean and only black tea. Some of the duvets were stained so we had to ask for them to be replaced. Positives are the location next to the train station and room was spacious with comfortable beds.

I have tried to contact this property due to black mould and the room was dirty with a football card behind the tv, blood/poo or coffee spots on the wall, the bathroom being dirty and blond hairs in the room (we are not blond) that’s just a snap shot of complaints. I have tried three times to contact this property and have images as well. No response. Black mould was fully formed around the window and is a health risk!

It says it is a 4 star hotel, but nothing stood out as making worthy of 4 stars. My upgraded room had a thin width balcony that overlooked an empty lot?!? but that was it. The bed came with one twin sized duvet- for a double bed -and two small (almost travel sized) lumpy pillows. The room was small which was fine, but both the chairs in the room were stained. The bathroom had basic soap dispenser pumps for shampoo/conditioner combo in the shower, and very perfume smelling lotion by the sink. Towels were standard, stuff hotel towels. The closet was not big enough to fit even a carry on luggage, let alone a full size luggage or its contents. Rooms only got cleaned if you asked 20 hours in advance which is fine/green, but at least the trash should be checked daily in my opinion because it was just a tiny waste bin. My mini fridge did not get cold, but I ended up unplugging it anyways (along with the coffee/teapot that was turning on and on and burning during the night). I let them know I unplugged both because one was malfunctioning and the outlet sparked. Hopefully, they checked that out. I was not offered another room or any type of discount for the lack of having a mini fridge to use. I did ask for earplugs as well, because my room/the entire 6th floor had a loud energy/power humming sound. The front desk did provide me those and were all pleasant people. The hotel is near a metro station, the central train station, restaurants, and Tivoli Gardens-which was nice.

Clean, safe, good staff. Only thing that didn't measure up to standard was the sofa bed, Not comfortable, especially for 2. A couple of issues with the room were rectified promptly after advising the front desk. Would definitely use this hotel again. Breakfast was excellent!

Hotel was nice, the restaurant had great food. Was disappointed with our bathroom. The grout lines in the shower were filled with mildew or mold. Otherwise happy with room and hotel.

Overall the property is of high standard- clean, safe, excellent staff. I traveled with my two grandchildren- the WiFi in the room continually dropped out- this isn’t good with kids…..!!!!!
