Struttura situata nel centro cittadino, comoda alla metro ed alle vie adicenti del centro piene di negozi, bar e ristoranti. Il letto della camera standard è piccolo (una piazza e mezzo) per due persone, e poi era un divano letto con i classici copriletto singoli, divisi. Scomodo il materasso ed i cuscini. La pulizia della camera è su richiesta e prenotazione tramite sito internet: se vado in hotel, pretendo che la camera venga sistemata e cambiati gli asciugamani TUTTI i giorni, altrimenti vado in un B&B! La colazione dovrebbe essere più variegata nella parte "dolce", cerano solo i croissant e waffel (che dovevi cucinarti da solo). Tutto sommato per 3 notti non è stato del tutto malaccio, anche se c'è tanto da migliorare!

Very close to the metro and incredibly central position, so very easy to explore the city. Good breakfast even if they can do better as choice. You have to book in ad ance the cleaning and the breakfast. Very basic commodities in the room, anyway it is functional for small breakes

Buono ma non eccellente
Albergo storico favoloso come ubicazione e utilizzo dei mezzi di trasporto. Personale cortese e attento. Colazione ottima e ricca con addetti accoglienti. La politica della ecosostenibilità non si coniuga con il confort per chi decide di soggiornare per medi e lunghi periodi. Il bagno meriterebbe una sistemazione per renderlo frendly in particolare per persone anziane. Gli asciugamani di piccole dimensioni non vengono cambiate se non a richiesta con relativo richiamo alla sostenibilità da parte degli addetti ( una volta usate rimangono umide). In ogni caso il bagno non viene pulito né passata l'aspirapolvere sulla moquette. Politica accettabile solo per soggiorni city break. Le stanze con finestre prospicienti strade sono un po' rumorose fino a tardi.

Conosco Copenhagen ed ho scelto questo hotel per la posizione. Avevo pochi giorni ed ho scelto la comodità. Posizione ottima. Colazione molto buona. Note dolenti: il Wi-Fi non ha funzionato per 3 giorni. Soggiornavo al quarto piano e per tutti i tre giorni il dispenser con gel per sanificare vicino agli ascensori lampeggiava perché era vuoto e nessuno l’ha cambiato. Inoltre per policy ambientale la camera veniva rifatta e pulita solo su richiesta fatta entro le 11 di mattina alla reception. Comprendo assolutamente il rispetto ambientale ma questa gestione è insostenibile. Che si metta un cartello fuori da ogni stanza ma è impensabile che ogni ospite potenzialmente ogni giorno debba andare alla reception e chiedere di fare la stanza

We had a great one-night stay at the Scandic Palace Hotel. The location was excellent, right next to a metro stop and Tivoli Gardens. It is so walkable to every site in the city center. The staff was also friendly and the included breakfast was generous and very good. One thing to know is that you can hear the bells ringing until midnight at least, and then again in the morning. It did not bother us much though. We would definitely recommend it to others looking for a convenient stay in a historic building!

Convenient location, steps away from the metro and central train station. Near Tivoli and not too far from Nyhavn. Clean hotel, decent size rooms. We had a fridge and tea kettle. Tap water is drinkable. Love the deep bathtubs. Just a sliding frosted glass door for the bathroom so not much privacy if you are sharing the room. Great buffet breakfast, lots of variety. Stayed for 6 nights, would stay again.

There is nothing I didn’t like about this hotel my stay here was perfect from start to finish. The staff on reception were so friendly and helpful. The staff at breakfast were also helpful and friendly always smiling. The room was clean and tidy and well equipped. Loved the position of the hotel too right in the centre of everything.

The Star goes to the wonderful location the hotel is in. After that, everything is negative. The hotel tries to fleece your money if you just happen to arrive 1 hour early for an early checkin - they mentioned the room was available, but that would incur almost 30 EURO change if I opted for early checkin. We experienced the same during check out day, my father is disabled, we requested 2 extra hours check out and were advised its 30 EURO per hour. They do offer you to bag tag so you can leave your bag in an unsecure room however upon bag collection, they just let you go in the unsecure room unattended to collect your bags and the bag tag then becomes irrelevant as you could swipe other bags. The breakfast has sloppy eggs, most of the items had been cooked for a while and was not at optimal temperature. They provide breads to cut but no toaster, for that you have to hand your bread to the chef, who takes it and has a hidden toaster, you have to keep hovering around as they don't deliver it back to your table. Poor. The issues I believe arise from the hotel chain. The staff at reception were wonderfully pleasing. It's the ridiculous policies. The room wasn't cleaned to standard also which I want to make note of. We also discovered that you have to book your breakfast slot and cleaning slot 24 hours before. The whole point of a trip away is to be stress free but the policies at this hotel only gives you stress.

Booked for cleaning however there is no cleaning done only the duvet folded to its original and replaced the dirty towels. Hairbody soap is empty. However your staff are polite and friendly. Needs modernisation of the furniture.

The Scandic Palace is a classy old hotel that’s no longer the star of Copenhagen hotels but it’s beautiful and the location is excellent. The breakfast is very filling and has a lot of variety, though don’t expect Danish delicacies like pastries, a wide variety of cheeses or smoked fish. Still, there is plenty for everyone. The eco focus of the hotel is great.

the place is accessible for transports, bar ,restaurant , and point of interest. Throw away from Tivoli Garden . Hotel is old I need to upgrade , though still well kept . All good here , only the room services is a bit of pain. Unless you book a cleaning they will not do it and don't refill the toiletries . otherwise all good

The staff was warm and welcoming, a perfect introduction to the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room well appointed. The breakfast was exceptional: a plethora of healthy options and traditional Danish breakfast foods. It was fresh, varied, plentiful, beautifully presented, and tasty.

Lovely big hotel in a convenient location - easy to find and everything is walk distance. Friendly staff and a wide breakfast selection including make your own waffles which was fun! The only downside I would say was the toilet in our bedroom; 1. Because the sliding glass bathroom door didn’t close all the way, so you can see, hear and smell everything that is happening in the bathroom. 2. “Poop shelf” which became a main topic of discussion on our holiday - we learned these old toilets like to display your “creations” to you.. but also don’t flush away on their own so learnt to do the tissue swipe.
