“We loved our stay here. We were traveling to Maryland and stopped here for an overnight. Communication with the host was easy and we certainly had plenty of space to spread out. Really, the only downside is that it's maybe 15-20 minutes off the highway, so a little bit out of the way, but we felt safe in the neighborhood and there is a designated parking spot for visitors. The bed was comfortable, you can use the washer and dryer if you need, there is a mini fridge for holding things...

“Salem Historic Downtown VRBO was exactly as described. It was close to downtown, and not far to walk or drive to eating locations. The three bedrooms, two bathrooms, desk room, TV room, laundry room, and kitchen, were all very clean. If we ever have a reason to go back to Salem, VA., this is the first place I would check to see if it would be available. A MUST RENT IF YOU'RE STAYING IN SALEM, VA.”

“We had a fine stay, though there was no dining table or desk for us to work at. Each bedroom had the world's largest TV which might be nice for a very specific kind of renter but it seemed a little over the top for us. Would have preferred a desk space or something more functional. Over”
